As our products are shipped internationally from Mumbai, India to Europe and other destinations, certain limitations apply regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation within a limited time after placing the order.
Cancellation Conditions
- Orders may only be canceled before processing or dispatch
- Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Cancellation requests must include valid order details for verification
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:
- Payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be non-refundable
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers
No Returns & No Exchanges
Due to the international nature of shipping and product handling requirements, Indideli does not accept general returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched.
This policy exists because of:
- International shipping limitations
- Product safety and handling concerns
- Customs and cross-border regulations
- Risk of product tampering during return transit
Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect product
- A defective product
the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To review the claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Description of the issue
After reviewing the submitted evidence, Indideli may offer one of the following resolutions at its sole discretion:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
Claims submitted without sufficient proof or outside the allowed reporting timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping Delays & Customs Disclaimer
Estimated delivery timelines shown on our website are approximate and not guaranteed.
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to:
- Customs inspections
- Import clearance procedures
- Regulatory checks
- Airline or courier delays
- Weather disruptions
- High shipping volumes
These circumstances are outside the direct control of Indideli and therefore do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Customers acknowledge and accept these possibilities when placing international orders.
No Refunds After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our Mumbai, India operations facility:
- The order becomes non-cancellable
- Refund requests will not be accepted
- Delivery delays are not considered grounds for refunds
This includes delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, logistics partners, or destination-country regulations.
Delivered Orders Policy
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully fulfilled.
Courier tracking information and delivery confirmation records shall serve as valid proof of delivery.
After successful delivery confirmation, Indideli is not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery
- Theft after delivery
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customers
- Missed delivery attempts
- Package handling after delivery
Claims stating “item not received” will not be accepted if carrier tracking confirms successful delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in limited situations, including:
- Approved order cancellations before dispatch
- Verified damaged or incorrect items
- Duplicate payment errors
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled by us
All refund requests are subject to internal review, verification, and approval.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback despite:
- Successful delivery confirmation, or
- Acceptance of our website policies during checkout,
Indideli reserves the right to submit supporting evidence including:
- Order details
- Tracking records
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
- Payment verification details
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention agencies
- Legal recovery actions where permitted by law
