Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on Indideli are processed from our operations in Mumbai, India.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days
  • Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and courier network
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, customs processing, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics disruptions

Customers will receive shipment tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

As an international seller shipping products from India to European countries and other overseas destinations, shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Import clearance procedures
  • VAT or import duty checks
  • Local courier handling delays
  • Regulatory verification processes

These procedures are governed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are outside the control of Indideli.

By placing an order, the customer understands and agrees that:

  • International shipments may experience customs-related delays
  • Customs processing times are unpredictable
  • Delays caused by customs or local authorities do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Charges

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs taxes
  • Local handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer where applicable.

Indideli is not responsible for customs charges, refused shipments due to unpaid duties, or delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully fulfilled when the courier or shipping provider marks the package status as:

“Delivered”

The delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will be treated as valid proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature was obtained at the time of delivery.

After successful delivery confirmation, Indideli is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
  • Package handling after confirmed delivery

Cancellation & Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility in Mumbai, India:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Refund requests will not be accepted
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, airlines, courier services, weather conditions, or international logistics disruptions are not eligible for refunds

Customers are encouraged to track their shipment regularly using the tracking information provided.

Delayed Shipment Resolution

In exceptional situations involving unusually extended shipping delays, Indideli may review the matter internally and, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • Store credit
  • Discount coupons
  • Partial goodwill compensation for future purchases

Such resolutions are handled individually and do not constitute a guaranteed refund policy.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information
  • Ensuring availability to receive the package
  • Tracking the shipment after dispatch
  • Complying with local import regulations and customs requirements in their country

Failure to accept delivery or failure to clear customs (where required) may result in return shipping charges or disposal of the shipment by local authorities without refund eligibility.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback despite:

  • Confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, or
  • Acceptance of our shipping and refund terms during checkout,

Indideli reserves the right to provide supporting evidence to banks, payment gateways, or dispute resolution authorities, including:

  • Shipment tracking records
  • Courier delivery confirmation
  • Order details
  • Customer communication history
  • Billing and transaction information

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention systems
  • Legal action where applicable
